Your Acceptance of These Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in the website of MetaLoop, Inc. and our affiliates, including Pump Wallet (collectively, “MetaLoop”, “Pump Wallet”, “us,” “our,” or “we”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions” or “Terms”), including the Pump Wallet Site Privacy Policy incorporated into these Terms by reference and any other applicable policies and guidelines, as may be updated from time to time, govern only your use of the Site. The “Site” refers to our publicly-available website (pumpwallet.com) and all related and publicly-available websites and subdomains provided by us and on which a link to these Terms is displayed. The “Site” does not include any subdomains of our websites that require a password or other permission-based access credentials, which shall be not be governed by these Terms and is governed by an executed Custody Service Agreement. These Terms do not apply to other products or services, including mobile applications or custodial services, we may offer. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Pump Wallet. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Site. All references to “you” or “your,” as applicable, mean the person who accesses or uses the Site in any manner, and each of your heirs, assigns, and successors. If you use the Site on behalf of an entity, organization, or company, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, your acceptance of the Terms will be deemed an acceptance by that entity, and “you” and “your” herein shall refer to that entity.

Note: If you are visiting the Site in your capacity as an agent of an organization that has executed a Custody Service Agreement with Pump Wallet or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, where there is a conflict between the Custody Service Agreement and these Terms, the terms of the Custody Service Agreement control.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the Site is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and can form legally-binding contracts under applicable law. By accessing or using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are eligible.

Ownership of This Site and Its Content

The Site, including any content that forms part of the Site, contains proprietary content, information and material that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including copyright. All content and related intellectual property rights are the sole and exclusive property of Pump Wallet or its licensor. Except as otherwise provided herein, no content may be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, modified, displayed, replicated, reverse- or re-engineered, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means without our express prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted by Pump Wallet in these Terms are expressly reserved.

Your Obligations

To the extent that you provide personal information to Pump Wallet you agree that it will be true, accurate, current, and complete and that you will update all personal information as necessary. Please see the Pump Wallet Site Privacy Policy for more information regarding information Pump Wallet collects, and how we use and share that information.

While using the Site you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You further agree that you will not:

• Upload or transmit through this Site any computer viruses, trojan horses, worms or anything else designed to interfere with, interrupt or disrupt the normal operating procedures of a computer.
• Modify, tamper or change any information without authorization, or interfere with the availability of or access to the Site. - Impersonate any person or entity, falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity in connection with the Site; or express or imply that we endorse any statement you make.
• Violate, or encourage others to violate, any right of a third party, including by infringing or misappropriating any third-party intellectual property right, or otherwise engage in the unauthorized use of any proprietary content, information or materials.
• Alter, modify, create derivative works of, sell, license or in any way exploit any part of the Site unless expressly permitted by Pump Wallet.
