MetaLoop Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Pump Wallet,” “we”, “our” or “us”) offer a digital asset wallet technology to our users (“you” or “Individuals”). These include MPC-based digital asset custody technology, settlement, services surrounding treasury management, on-chain governance, and financing. Privacy and data protection are a top priority for us, and we encourage you to read this Privacy Notice fully to understand our privacy practices.

Scope and Applicability

This Online Privacy Notice (“Notice” or “Policy”) explains how we collect, use, store, share, delete, and protect your Personal Information when you interact with us in any of the following ways (collectively, the “services”):

• By visiting Pump Wallet’s website at pumpwallet.com or our mobile application,
• By using our services and platform products, such as treasury and other custodial services, settlement and on ramp services,
• By interacting or communicating with us as part of our marketing practices.

Note that certain Pump Wallet products may be covered under separate agreements with Pump Wallet affiliates. If you have such an agreement in place with Pump Wallet please reference the agreement for details on how the services collect and use Personal Information.

This Policy also describes the choices that Individuals have with respect to their Personal Information, and how to contact Pump Wallet to learn more about our privacy practices.

• If you have obtained a financial product or service with Pump Wallet to be used primarily for personal, family, or household purposes, we will use and share any information, including Personal Information that we collect from or about you in accordance with our U.S. Consumer Privacy Notice which provides certain choices with respect to the use and sharing of your Personal Information.
• Residents of the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or the United Kingdom (“UK”) may have additional rights regarding their Personal Information as discussed in the EEA/UK Privacy Notice.

• Onboarding Process – We collect the following Personal Information of applicants during the onboarding process:
  • Email address
• Research – For internal research and reporting.
• Security – To block disruptive uses.
